Whether you knew it or not, Sears has probably been a guest at your Thanksgiving meal in some way or another. Whether it be in the form of a platter, a stove or a new fridge. Sears had and still has almost everything that you need to have a successful holiday meal besides the actual turkey itself.
In purusing the internet and past catalogs I found a bunch of things that are perfect to have at your Thanksgiving feast.
Check out these old ovens, fridges and freezers from 1957! You can freeze a few turkeys in these huge freezers!
Here are a few groovy turkey serving platters from the 70’s.
In the 80’s it looks like nuking your turkey was the rage. I can’t imagine. Check out this awesome spread. $569? That’s a little steep. Happy that prices have dropped since then.
Here are some fancy serving dishes and glasses to go with those deliciously microwaved turkeys.
Sears still has ranges and “fancy” serving ware. Check out this GE Profile™ Series 30″ Slide-In Gas Range w/ Convection
Or the new Rachael Ray Cucina line of cookware to make, you know, a “yummo” turkey.
Have a happy and memorable Thanksgiving! We will see you at Christmas.
